Volunteerism is non-profit and unpaid activity of individuals who act individually or within a group or organization as they contribute to the welfare of the community or the entire society.
There are more than 4000 volunteers included in activities of Union and other societies Our Children. Volunteers include professors, doctors, educators, teachers, psychologists, special educators, speech educators, lawyers, social, health and cultural workers, artists, students, seniors, parents. We are especially proud of high school students that participated in activities as children and after they became youth leaders and mentors.
Did you know that 5th December is the International Volunteer day?
The idea of volunteerism can best be summed with motto: “Think global, act local.”
We are inviting you to become a volunteer at Our children society for and with children!
